No Overwriting Rule

Medical Alerts Created:
- Allergy, Medication and Conditions will be added into Dentrix in the patient's Health History Alerts:

- You'll also be notified in the Appointment view, beside the Patient Info button:
⚠️When a Medical Condition, Allergy or Medication is Missing in Dentrix
If a patent selects a medical condition, allergy or medication that has not been previously set up in Dentrix's Health History Setup, then CareCru will append the information as a Patient’s Health History Note by adding a new line for each entry with date and time stamp for audit trail.
Example: Allergy "Soybeans" not set up in Dentrix, will append as a note:
To Add a Missing entry in Dentrix, click on the Health History Setup icon in any patient Health History:
Select the appropriate tab, Medical Conditions, Allergies or Medications and add in the missing entry:
💡Note: When there are no medical records from the form flagged as critical, the Health History Alert icon stays unmarked (white).
