Stop a Patient from Getting a Review Request

Learn how to stop review requests on a per patient basis, both overall and at the appointment level.

 

Donna's Review requests can be customized on a per-patient basis. This customization can be helpful in cases such as:

• The patient indicated a preference that he/she no longer wants to receive review requests

• For when a confirmed patient cancels last minute or is a No-show

• And other scenarios where you would like a single patient from being sent a review request!

You'll learn how to turn off reviews in the following ways:

• Turn off all future Reviews: at the patient level, they will never receive a review again until this is turned back on.
• Turn off Single Appointment Review: at the appointment level for just that one appointment only. Patient will receive a review on the next completed appointment.

Turn off all future Reviews

In CareCru

1. Navigate to the Patient's Profile page
2. Click Edit
   
   
3. Go to the Settings tab
4. Scroll Down and toggle off Review Requests
5. Click SAVE

💡If you are only turning Reviews off for a period of time, create yourself a follow-up as a reminder when you should toggle this setting back on

Turn off Single Appointment Review

1. Navigate to the Schedule page
2. Click on the Patients Appointment
3. Toggle off Send Review Request
