They say the most important piece of equipment in a dental practice is the phone. Our Call Tracking feature helps you take full advantage of this indispensable tool by tracking calls made from your website, email marketing campaigns, and other various websites such as Google, etc.
-
It gives each of your ads, websites, or campaigns a unique phone number.
-
When someone calls that number, our Call Tracking feature tracks where the call came from (like Google Ads, Facebook, or your website).
-
It records details about the call—like caller ID, call length, and even a recording of the conversation.
-
You can see which marketing efforts are actually bringing in phone calls, so you know what’s working and what’s not.
In short: Call Tracking shows you which marketing makes your phone ring, and helps you manage those calls more effectively.

Source
Where did the user call from? (ie: Google organic, Google My Business, Marketing campaign, etc.) CareCru will generate several unique phone numbers for you that will each be used to track calls from a specific source.
For example, if a patient clicks on one of your practice's paid search ads, the phone number on your website will swap out for the tracking number assigned to the "Paid Search" source. Then, when the patient calls that number, CareCru records that you received a call from a paid search ad. We also have a tracking number associated with email campaigns so you know that this patient called your practice based on that campaign.
