Using the Filters
- Go to Patient Management
- Select the appropriate Recall list from the dropdown that you want to work on
- Go to the Filter area and under Recall , set the following inputs:
- Status: Not Received
- Sender: Any (if you want to filter out both Donna and Staff sent recalls) or;
Donna (if you want to filter out only Donna sent recalls) or;
Personal (if you want to filter out only Staff sent recalls) - Date Sent: For Start Date, click the date you want the filter to start looking for results from.
For End Date click "today's" date.
Example: to filter out anyone sent a recall in the last two weeks, select the start date from 2 weeks ago + the end date of today.
Example: Let's say you would like to find the patients that have not been contacted by staff or Donna
