💡Why Log a Recall?
Logging recalls helps your office maintain accurate outreach records while allowing your team and Donna to work together effectively.
🗂️Keep a Complete Communication History
Logged recalls are automatically recorded in:
- The patient’s Activity Timeline in the Unified Patient Profile
- The patient’s Correspondence section in your Practice Management System (PMS)
These touchpoints also appear in the Last Attempt column within any of the Patient Management lists, giving your team a quick view of the most recent outreach attempt.
🤖 Work Alongside Donna — Not Against Her
Donna recognizes manually logged recall activity and adjusts automated outreach accordingly to help prevent over-messaging patients.
By logging manual touchpoints, your team can:
- Maintain personalized patient communication
- Avoid duplicate outreach
- Allow Donna to handle repetitive follow-up tasks automatically
💡 Helpful Tip:
If a recall is logged within 2 weeks of a scheduled Donna recall message, Donna will automatically skip that touchpoint.
Example:
- Practice logs a recall December 7th
- Donna has a recall scheduled Dec 20 (within the next 2 weeks)
- Donna therefore skips that touchpoint only
📊Track Team Performance
Logged recalls are included in the Recare Performance Report, allowing your practice to track:
- Outreach activity
- Patient conversion rates
- Recall effectiveness
- Team follow-up performance
This provides better visibility into your office’s recare efforts and overall patient engagement.
