If you are a CareCru user and are having trouble logging in or want to create a new password, please follow the steps below.
⚠️Before you follow any steps below, ensure the computer or device you will be resetting the password on has been fully logged out of any other CareCru sessions. You can confirm this by going to the CareCru website, and ensuring you are on the main login.
Reset your CareCru Password
On CareCru's main login page:
carecru.ca (Canadian clients)
carecru.io (US clients)

Click on Forgot password

Type in the Email associated with your CareCru account and click Send Recovery Link
📨Now check your email inbox, and follow the steps in the email from CareCru to reset your password.
Once you have reset your password, you can return to CareCru and sign in with the new password.
💡It is important to note that the password reset email link expires 20 minutes after it is sent. So if you exceed this time, you will need to request a new one by clicking on Forgot Password again.
